Booking Terms

- Guests must be 16 years or older.

- A maximum of 2 adults is permitted per room.

- For bookings made 42 days or more before the arrival date, a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking. For bookings made within 42 days of the arrival date, full payment is required within 24 hours of booking.

- Cancellations made more than 42 days before the arrival date are free of charge. For cancellations or situations requiring a refund or reversal of funds, any applicable card fees and transaction fees are non-refundable.

- A 5%–7% administration fee may also be deducted from any applicable refund.
